Highlights: highest point Lanaihale 3,370 feet, Norfolk pines, eucalyptus, ironwoods, ferns and wildflowers.

Kuolanai Trail

Trailhead Directions: Rte. 440 to first major gravel road to the right at the  Y-intersection go left across from Maunalei Gulch.
Type: rugged & dangerous footpath.
Highlights: leads to the coast.
